Welcome to the newest chalet in town – in the very centre of town! Backing onto the green pastures of the Pleney and a stone’s throw from the heartbeat of Morzine’s summer season, our brand-new, 4-bedroom Chalet Stade (with outdoor hot tub) boasts the perfect location in central Morzine.
Chalet Stade is on the doorstep of everything Morzine has to offer in the summer. You can easily access all the summer fun – like getting up into the mountains from the Pleney or Super Morzine lifts or whizzing down the summer luge. The village square, tourist office, tennis courts, swimming pool, Parc des Dérêches, shops, bars and restaurants – to name but a few – are just a short stroll away.
Despite being so close to what’s going on, Chalet Stade is hidden away on a quiet side street, so you won’t know you’re in the middle of one of Europe’s best summer alpine holiday resorts.
This is a smartly-designed, contemporary property in a prime central Morzine location. Chalet Stade is semi-detached, adjoining the home of the owners, Laetitia and Nico, who constructed both chalets consecutively with great care and attention to maximise space and privacy.
Enter into the impressive open-plan kitchen-lounge-diner, with comfy seating and stunning alpine views. Patio doors lead out to the sun terrace with bubbling hot tub.
The ensuite family/master suite (with bath) is on ground level. It offers zip & link beds (which can be configured as a king-size double or 2 singles) and a sofa bed, which makes into a further double if required.
There’s a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus an adjacent bike store/drying room.
Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms, each with their own luxury ensuite bathroom. 2 rooms have zip and link beds with Juliet balconies, whilst 1 room offers a fixed queen-size double. The ideal group size is 8-10 people.
Ample off-road parking is available on the chalet’s private grounds.
