The resort centre (tourist office, bars, cafes, restaurants, boutiques etc) is on the doorstep – whilst the Super Morzine lift for Avoriaz is close by. Sleeps 8-10 in 4/5 ensuite bedrooms.

Immediately next to Chalet Carving, this 4/5 bedroom chalet is only metres from the Pleney lift, ski schools and home runs – with guests able to ski back to within only 40 metres. The charm and excitement of Morzine in winter is literally a stone’s throw away, with the chalet remarkably situated on the Avenue de Joux Plane under 100 metres (a flat one-minute amble) from the action of the tourist office square. The Super Morzine lift (giving access to Avoriaz) is a little over 200 metres away. Put simply, the central position is unbeatable.

Enter the upper ground floor to Coeur de Morzine’s centrepiece – the large open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen. It’s the perfect sociable space – with dining table plus two seating areas (main corner sofa plus snug with flat screen TV). The chill of winter is abated by the glow of a feature log burner. A modern kitchen is fitted and equipped with everything needed on a self-catered ski holiday in Morzine. Patio doors open to a generously-sized terrace, spanning the whole length of the property, offering views to the Pleney slopes.
Bedroom 5 (with full-sized bunk beds and ensuite shower) is located on the lounge level and there’s a communal toilet (also used by this bedroom).
Upstairs are bedrooms 1-4. They’re light and airy with tasteful decor and solid wood floors. All have ensuite bathrooms with WC and shower, plus 2 have baths for added comfort. A balcony/terrace around 3 sides of the chalet affords lovely mountain and village views. 3 bedrooms can be configured as twin or king-sized double beds, whereas one is a fixed double. Along with the bunk room on the level below, the chalet comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 4/5 well-appointed ensuite bedrooms.
After a hard day on the slopes, be assured you’ll soon feel calm and relaxed in the chalet’s luxurious outdoor hot tub. The spa is situated in an elevated, private position on the top floor balcony/terrace (accessible via bedrooms), from where you can admire the mountain views.
The basement level – accessed both internally and externally – includes a ski store and drying room with heated boot warmers and washing machine. Original stone walls dating back to the 1950s provide a traditionally alpine feel. For self-drivers, there is ample private parking space available when combined with our neighbouring property, Chalet Carving.
