Morzine holidays
Morzine is blessed to offer holidays in both the winter and summer. Both seasons are distinctly different – yet share the beauty that is Morzine itself and the surrounding mountains. Think white and green. Morzine is most famous a winter ski holiday destination but if you’ve not been in the summer, you really should. Many Morzine regulars say summer holidays are even better than in the winter…
Morzine summer holidays
In short, a summer holiday in Morzine offers a gigantic, natural adventure playground. We tend to mainly attract family groups with children of all ages in July and August. Why? Because there are so many activities on offer to keep everyone busy. From gentle walks to extreme adventure, the list of things to do during the summer in Morzine is practically endless.
For those that like to be pampered on holiday, we offer both Chalet des Montagnes and Hotel la Chaumiere on a catered basis during the summer. The chalet is often booked by individual families, giving a sociable, informal atmosphere where children (and adults!) make new friends, but sometimes a larger group take the whole place.
Summer holidays at our Morzine hotel tend to offer a little more private family time, as guests have their own private table in the dining room, rather than everyone eating together around a big table, as is the case at the chalet. The hotel’s heated outdoor swimming pool is always popular in the summer.
We offer a range of self-catered accommodation in the summer as well. This means you can sample some of Morzine’s many excellent restaurants, cook in the chalet, or fire up the BBQ outside during your holiday. All our self catering summer chalets and apartments are in the very centre of Morzine, plus we have one apartment in central Les Gets, which is the next village along.
Morzine winter holidays
This probably needs little introduction. Morzine is world-famous as a winter ski and snowboard holiday destination. The resort is lively and there’s lots going on and off the pistes, including great nightlife and events. The skiing is second to none, thanks to a quick lift network that links Morzine to the wider Portes du Soleil, which spans an incredible 12 resorts with a grand total of 650kms of pistes.
Guests can enjoy our winter holidays in Morzine on either a catered or self-catered basis at our hand-picked holiday accommodation portfolio. We run 4 catered chalets of varying sizes and with one thing in common – the best locations in central Morzine. We have 2 self-catering chalets for holidays in Morzine, again, right in the centre. If your group is a little smaller then opt for one of our 2-bedroom apartments in Morzine, or our fantastic Apartment du Centre over in Les Gets.
To make your winter holiday in Morzine as easy as possible we offer a range of practical services, including Geneva airport transfers, a resort shuttle service, as well as discounted lift passes and equipment hire.
